Invest, Be Involved and Innovate with InsurAngels
On Monday 11 March, InsurAngels Suisse held its first event with 4 very exciting start-ups presenting in front of more than 20 members and invited guests.
Karl der Grosse – the Debate House in the old town of Zurich – was the perfect venue for our first presentation.
The 4 start-ups pitching were
– Calingo: Revolutionising pet insurance with their innovative approach.
– Pelt8: Leading the way in sustainability as an enabler of change.
– Cyberion: Pioneering solutions in cyber security insurance.
– Safeside: Providing peace of mind with its term life insurance proposition.
The selection committee will now gather feedback from participants with a view to investing in and supporting the shortlisted start-ups.

The next pitch session will take place on 24 June at the Giesserei in Oerlikon. We have already started selecting the start-ups and look forward to welcoming new members and partners. Attendance will be reserved for existing members and selected invitees.
